Q.) What is the advantage to outsourcing this position to Priority Sales Recruiting?

A.) As a hiring manager your time is valuable and recruiting may only be small portion of your responsibility that may or may not be tied to your personal compensation. By engaging PSR as your outsourced solution you will be able to focus your time on more “mission critical” tasks such as increasing revenue and/or training existing staff.

Q.) How extensively am I involved in the recruiting process once Priority Sales Recruiting commences a search?

A.) Initially PSR completes an extensive Client Interview that results in definitive search criteria that will enable PSR to effectively target the right candidate for your position. In addition your PSR consultant will require ongoing feedback throughout the process to ensure they are on the right track to filling the position in a timely manner. Most clients prefer to conduct face-to-face interviews with candidates, your PSR consultant will coordinate and follow up before and after the face-to-face interview to get client and candidate feedback.

Q.) How do I ensure that the candidates PSR presents are going to meet my qualifications?

A.) At PSR we pride ourselves on sourcing the highest caliber of candidates in your industry and beyond. We mandate that our consultants have extensive phone interviews/discovery to review and validate qualifications prior to your introduction. In addition our consultants are trained to identify similar traits/skills of candidates in comparable industries so you will have access to individuals that have a fresh perspective but can still make an impact on your business.

Q.) How long is the recruiting process from engagement to offer/hire?

A.) Our goal is to fill each position in a 3 week timeframe, however, the complexity of the search and the availability of hiring managers to interview are likely reasons a search may last longer.

Q.) What is the typical guarantee on employment?

A.) PSR gives our clients the ability to choose the length of time they would like to “guarantee” the candidates employment. The standard candidate replacement term lengths are 3, 6, 12 months. If a candidate fails to maintain employment within the guaranteed term then PSR will find a more suitable replacement at no charge to the client.

Q.) What are the payment terms for engaging PSR for a search?

A.) In order to retain PSR one third of the search fee is due upon contracting, one-third is due upon a PSR candidate accepting an offer, and one-third is due after 30 days of employment.

Q.) What is the fee for a typical search?

A.) Our fees are based on several factors relating to the difficulty of the search i.e. experience, education, compensation, relocation and whether the candidate needs to be sourced from a competitor.
